Tiny Otters Returns Policy

We hope these pajamas are giving your child the softest sleep imaginable, as they have for so many of our fans!  However, if you are not happy with your PJs, you can return anything purchased from tinyotters.com within 30 days

EXCHANGE: Would you like a different size or design? Just initiate a return at (link to return form) and we can help you out.  As long as they haven’t been worn and you still have the original tags and tote, we can exchange for no cost.  

After you have completed your exchange request on our portal, be sure to mail it back to us ASAP.  We will not be able to process the return until we have received the item you’re mailing back to us.  If for some reason the new item you request goes out of stock during this process, we will contact you directly.

RETURNS: All refunds must be requested within 30 days of receiving the item. Returns can be refunded to original method of payment or a Tiny Otters gift card/credit. There is a flat rate $7.50 shipping/restocking fee deducted from the amount returned to you. We will waive this fee if you opt for store credit, rather than a refund.

We process returns within 2 week of receiving the package. Please keep tracking info of your returned package.
